VP Advanced Analytics Customer Domain at Ingka group of Ikea
At Ikea, Caroline is responsible for driving the data and analytics strategy for the Customer Domain, by leading the team to accelerate data-driven decision making. She collaborates and works closely with Product, Technology and Digital Experience Domain Managers to ensure a consistent approach.
Caroline started her career as design engineer as well as manufacturing engineer, after which she joined Albert Heijn, a part of the Ahold Delhaize group. At Albert Heijn she has had roles in supply chain & operations, e-Commerce, loyalty and data & analytics. Caroline has been influential in leading the development and implementation of data science models for e-commerce, loyalty and personalization. She has been Global Director applied Data Science & Analytics, where she has led global data strategy for defining and executing Ahold Delhaize group.
