Dominique Roest

Dominique Roest is the quartermaster of TROI NL (Team Rendement Operationele Informatie) at the police. The common thread in her work is data and mainly: ensuring that police get greater returns from data. At the Team Digitale Opsporing of the Amsterdam department, she got the opportunity to experiment with a small team. By now, Dominique is quartermaster of the TROI network: five local TROI teams plus a facilitating TROI-basecamp.
